Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Fortis Marketplace ("Platform", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this platform. These terms apply to all buyers, sellers, and visitors.

2. Nature of Service

Fortis Marketplace is a peer-to-peer marketplace that facilitates the buying and selling of social media accounts. We act as an intermediary and are not responsible for the accounts listed by third-party sellers. All account information is provided by sellers and is subject to verification.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use this platform.
• You must have the legal right to sell any account listed on the platform.
• You must not use the platform for fraudulent, illegal, or deceptive purposes.
• Accounts must be legitimately owned — no stolen, hacked, or otherwise illegally obtained accounts.

4. Seller Responsibilities

• Sellers must provide accurate, honest, and up-to-date information about the account being sold.
• Sellers must have full ownership and the right to transfer the account.
• Sellers are responsible for the complete and successful transfer of account credentials to the buyer after payment.
• Misrepresenting account statistics, followers, or revenue may result in immediate removal and legal action.
• All submitted accounts are reviewed by our admin team before being listed publicly.

5. Buyer Responsibilities

• Buyers must conduct due diligence before purchasing any account.
• Buyers must confirm account details and request screenshots/proof before completing payment.
• Once ownership is transferred and confirmed, the sale is considered final.
• Buyers must not attempt chargebacks after a successful transfer has been confirmed.
• Buyers accept that purchased accounts may be subject to platform (Instagram, YouTube, etc.) policy changes.

6. Escrow & Payment

• We strongly encourage the use of escrow for all transactions to protect both parties.
• Accepted payment methods are PayPal and Cryptocurrency only. Wise transfers are not supported.
• Fortis Marketplace does not directly hold funds — escrow is arranged through mutually agreed trusted third parties.
• Any payment disputes must be reported within 48 hours of the transaction via Telegram support @fortisog.
• We are not liable for any payments made outside of our escrow recommendation.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Listing accounts that were obtained through hacking, phishing, or unauthorized access.
• Providing false follower counts, engagement statistics, or revenue figures.
• Attempting to scam, defraud, or deceive buyers or sellers on the platform.
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any illegal financial activity.
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans or restrictions.
• Spamming buyers, sellers, or admin with unsolicited messages.

8. Affiliate Program Terms

• Affiliates may resell listed accounts at their own margin. All profits from the margin belong to the affiliate.
• Affiliates must not misrepresent accounts or make false promises to their buyers.
• Affiliate commissions or margins are paid same-day upon confirmed sale.
• Fortis Marketplace reserves the right to terminate any affiliate relationship for misconduct.
• Affiliates are responsible for their own buyer relationships and disputes.

9. Platform Liability Disclaimer

Fortis Marketplace acts solely as a facilitator. We are not responsible for:

• Account bans, suspensions, or policy violations by social media platforms after purchase.
• Loss of followers, reach, or monetization after transfer.
• Disputes between buyers and sellers conducted outside our platform.
• Losses arising from transactions where escrow was not used despite our recommendation.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on Fortis Marketplace — including the name, logo, design, and written content — is the intellectual property of Fortis Marketplace. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of this platform without explicit written permission.

11. Privacy Policy

We collect minimal user data (sell request form submissions) to operate the marketplace. This data is stored locally and is not shared with third parties. By submitting a sell request, you consent to our admin team reviewing your information for listing approval purposes. We do not sell or rent user data.

12. Account Removal & Bans

Fortis Marketplace reserves the right to remove any listing, reject any sell request, or ban any user at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: fraud, misrepresentation, violations of these terms, or any behavior deemed harmful to the community.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated via our Telegram channel @FortisMarketplace.
